Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment or an agreed-upon deposit.Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved methods.Details Required: To confirm a booking, provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, and booking preferences.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer:
● All cancellations are non-refundable.
● Instead of a refund, customers will receive store credit equal to the booking amount, which can be applied toward future bookings.
● Failure to show up on the booking date will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount with no store credit issued.
Cancellation by Skye Trips Rentals:
● If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather or technical issues), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

Usage of the Yacht

Number of Guests: Ensure the number of guests does not exceed the yacht’s maximum capacity. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons.Respectful Behavior: Guests must behave respectfully towards the yacht staff and other passengers. Any form of misconduct may result in the immediate termination of the trip without a refund.Alcohol and Smoking: Alcohol consumption is allowed for adults, but illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Liability

Customer Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Skye Trips Rentals Dubai is not liable for lost or damaged items.Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the rental period.

Safety Guidelines

Compliance: All guests must follow the captain’s instructions and safety rules onboard.Life Jackets: Life jackets are available and must be used as directed by the crew.Children: Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Weather and Force Majeure

In case of bad weather, Skye Trips Rentals reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the booking for safety reasons. A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided in such cases.

Promotional Offers

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.Promotional codes must be applied during booking and cannot be added retroactively.

Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for booking and communication purposes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Please review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

Cancellation By Owner, Refund Policy

If prior to the commencement of the Charter Period, the OWNER tenders notice of cancellation via the Broker and if the cancellation is by reason of force majeure, the remedy in (b) above shall apply.
If the cancellation is for any reason, other than force majeure, the CHARTERER shall be entitled to immediate repayment/ refund without interest of the full amount of all payments made by him under the terms of this Agreement and shall in addition be entitled to liquidated damages from the OWNER to be calculated and paid forthwith on the following scale:● Thirty (30) days or more before the commencement of the Charter Period, an amount equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Charter Fee.● More than fourteen (14) days but less than thirty (30) days before the commencement of the Charter Period, an amount equivalent to thirty-five percent (35%) of the Charter Fee.● Fourteen (14) days or less before the commencement of the Charter Period, an amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the Charter Fee.● Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
